In 1997, during her first year at the sector, she carried out consumer and media research on all the clients of the agency including Unilever. She joined the strategy team in 1998. Starting to work in Mindshare in 2003, Aslihan has a 21 year experience with Unilever and a 2.5 years of GSM experience. She now leads the UL and Future Zone accounts in Mindshare Turkey as well as leading the new business processes and also responsible for Award Committee of the agency. With an expertise on marketing and communication strategies, integrated marketing, media strategy, consumer insights, digital marketing and digital platforms, she works in Mindshare as Chief Client Officer.
Has taken part in more than 100 award winning projects from the idea to the finalization phases.
Beside this senior management position in the agency, she has also taken over the duty of UL client lead for WPP since 2016 and also a board member of Advertising Training and Education Foundation of Turkey.
