Mihai is one of Romania’s pioneering creatives. Together with the creative teams he coordinated at Geometry, he has won over 160 awards at regional and international competitions such as Cannes Lions, LIA, Golden Hammer, Golden Drum, Epica, Eurobest, ADCE, Crystal, Crystal, EACA, Golden Drum, Effie or Golden Hammer for their behaviour-changing activation campaigns. The Geometry team won 4 awards (1 Gold, 2 Silver, and 1 Bronze) at the Cannes Lions for the RGB News campaign, being the only Romanian agency to get on the Festival stage in 2015.

In the past, Mihai was a member of the jury of festivals such as ADC, Red Apple, Golden Hammer, and Cannes Lions in 2016. There he judged one of the largest categories - Promo & Activation - with over 4,000 entries. In 2016 and 2017, Mihai was invited by Cannes Lions officials to be part of the Cannes 2017 organizing committee.
