Roman has more than 25 years of creative experience and more than 15 years he is working in one agency, Instinct (part of BBDO Group Russia). Board Member of ADCR.

Started his creative career in 1994 as a designer in publishing house Independent

Media. Continue as an art director in Publicis and TBWA. Studied at Saint Martins in London.

In 2000 he joined BBDO Moscow as a young art director where he met Yaroslav Orlov (a young copywriter at that period) and from that time they have been working together and continue to do this for more than 15 years.

Roman and Yaroslav were the first Creative Directors team and one of the longest standing.

From BBDO Moscow Roman and his best creative partner and friend, Yaroslav, moved to a new agency of the BBDO Group Russia, Instinct, founded in 2003. It presented new opportunities, new responsibilities, new clients and new stage of their career.

Roman is one of the most professional and creative people in Russia. He has a unique sense of humor, delicate art taste and he can be named one of the brightest people on the advertising market.

Worked with such brands as Alpha-Bank, IRU, Nike, Wrigley, Pepsi, Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, Eldorado, MEGA, MegaFon, MTS, Beeline, Intouch, Ingosstrah, Suzuki, Pronto Media, Dell, Nidan, AUDI, VTB24 and etc. In Instinct he is responsible for such brands as IKEA, MEGA, M.Video, MegaFon, Nestle, Mail.ru (Youla) and etc.

He had both local and international awards and nominations in such festivals as D&AD, Clio, Epica, Eurobest, Red Apple, Cannes Lions, ADCR, PIAF, KIAF, Webby Awards, London International Awards, Golden Drum, Golden Hammer, Cristal Festival, Lovie Awards, The Globes Awards, EFFIE and etc.
